You will be accountable, together with the Ambition Coordinator, for the attendance, behaviour and outcomes of the small cohort of students you are working with.

What We Offer

In return for hard work, dedication and commitment to these vulnerable young people you will receive good‑quality, on‑going CPD, excellent support from the Student Support Centre and the Pastoral team, and opportunities to develop your own skills in teaching or small group work. The successful candidate will have some background working or volunteering in schools, youth work, social care or with vulnerable young people in other contexts, and will have an awareness of safeguarding when working with vulnerable young people.
