As the Network Capacity Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our logistics network is optimally designed and scaled to meet current and future demand. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and refinement of capacity models, driving data-led decision-making, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our network planning processes. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our logistics infrastructure and ensuring we have the right capacity in the right place to meet the needs of our stores and customers.
Lead and mentor a team of Capacity Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensuring the logistics network has the right capacity in the right locations to meet both current and forecasted demand from stores and customers.
Oversee the development, validation, and enhancement of network capacity models to support both tactical and strategic planning.
Translate complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial to align capacity planning with business objectives.
Drive the standardisation of data sources, reporting processes, and modelling methodologies across the team.
Evaluate and implement network optimisation tools and techniques to improve logistics efficiency.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify capacity risks or opportunities.
Proven experience in a capacity planning, network design, or a supply and logistics analytics role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
Databricks
Power BI (dashboard creation, data modelling)
SQL (data extraction, transformation, and analysis)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Experience with network optimisation tools or simulation software is a plus.
A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
