Job summary

A leading coaching organization in Slough is seeking a full-time coach to work with various clients and help them achieve world-class transformations. Responsibilities include conducting check-ins, using a coaching app, and delivering group sessions. This remote position offers flexibility, requiring communication availability through Slack from 8 am-9 pm GMT. A bonus of £150 is granted for each transformation achieved monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching clients to achieve significant transformations.
• Ability to deliver group training sessions effectively.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction via app and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Work with 50-70 coaching clients.
• Conduct weekly check-ins and maintain daily contact.
• Run group education sessions in the community.
• Track client data and manage KPIs.

2) Completing weekly check-ins reviews for clients.

3) Daily contact with clients through the coaching App.

4) Availability to run Zoom calls with clients.

5) Run group education sessions within the community.

6) Track all client data and ensure you are hitting KPI’s with client results.

7) Ensuring you are bringing through world-class transformations each month.

Outcomes/KPIs

• Achieve World-Class Transformations with clients.
• Deliver group trainings within the community
• Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
• End of Day report
• Update tracking sheets, and CRM

Compensation

• Compensation
• £150 Bonus per ‘World Class Transformation’ (Expected to deliver monthly)
• Time
• This is a full-time position.
• You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to hit 15 units
• Be available to communicate through slack 8am-9pm GMT daily (Mon-Friday)
• This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
