Are you an experienced and successful Automotive Alloy Wheel Technician looking for a new role? Discover an amazing opportunity with a main dealer! Automotive Alloy Wheel Technician - Wolverhampton Salary: Basic £28,560, OTE £34,560 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, NO WEEKENDS


Our client is seeking a fully trained Alloy Wheel Technician to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy main dealer. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.


Alloy Wheel Technician Responsibilities:


  • Inspect and assess the condition of alloy wheels for damage

  • Carry out cosmetic and structural repairs

  • Prepare wheels for painting or powder coating, ensuring correct colour matching and finish

  • Operate specialist tools and machinery

  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, tools, and equipment in safe working order

  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards


The Ideal Alloy Wheel Technician:


  • Proven experience in alloy wheel refurbishment or automotive paint/repair

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes

  • Knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching, and refinishing techniques

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

  • Full UK driving licence


You must be able to produce high quality work in a busy motor trade environment and be motivated through set targets, showing flexibility according to the needs of your team.
