Our auditors by performing audits against schemes like FSSC/BRC or IFS. Our technical colleagues by reviewing, maintaining, and supporting their colleagues in their work and our all‑round sector officers by taking care of our customers and auditors and make sure all operational processes run smoothly.

Key tasks

This is a dynamic and diverse role with a wide range of activities:

• Engage with customers: You ensure that customers have a valid and up to date contract in a timely matter. Taking in to account all commercial and technical requirements.
• Support: You are one of the key points of contact for a selected group of auditors and customers within the sector.
• Ensure; You ensure optimal utilisation for your auditors and make sure their travel time is as minimal as possible.
• Contribute: You are one of the centers of the sector, coordinating between auditors and customers, you have direct influence on customer satisfaction.
• System Expert: We work with different systems to serve our customers. You work with these systems daily and are our expert.
• Food Specialist: by working in this sector, you gain and maintain your knowledge of Food certification schemes.
