Job description

Role Profile - AI0 Supervisor

Overseeing all dismantling within all in one workshop and bottom depollution. Leading and motivating teams to achieve required KPI’s and daily production levels.

Liaising with Production executive and Maintenance Engineer to support proactive maintenance of equipment ensuring that disruption to workflow is minimised.

Demonstrating a keen understanding of processes to assist in the identification and implementation of improvements to support business performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of all processing lines and people related activities for Vehicle Dismantling
• Ensuring all KPI’s are achieved in relation to removal and dismantling of:
• dors and windows/ glazing
• internal & external cmponents
• suspensin, sub frame & powertrain
• dashbard and exposed wiring looms
• Stripping sub-assemblies, pstproduction Line
• Ensuring that quality selected parts are removed in a safe manner for resale
• Oversight of
• extractin and sorting for different recyclable materials
• srting waste materials into recycling streams
• Ensuring that dismantling safety, quality, and environmental procedures are adhered to

Experience & Essential Qualities

• Must be able to lead, coach, inspire, support, and motivate your team to achieve continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal in a direct and diplomatic way across all levels and functions, through all mediums
• Resilience with the ability to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and achieve agreed deadlines
• Highly organised with a creative and proactive approach to problem solving
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Time management, proactive planning skills and the ability to think on your feet creatively
• Mechanical qualifications (preferably to level 3 in vehicle mechanics or similar) and or relevant work experience
