Job summary

Hoople seeks a Service Director All Age Commissioning for Herefordshire, to shape commissioning across adults, children and communities. You will drive integrated and preventative approaches, lead strategic commissioning, contract management, brokerage and resource functions, and build strong partnerships with health, providers and community leaders.

The role requires commercial acumen, political awareness and the ability to translate strategy into measurable improvements for residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic commissioning across adult social care and children's commissioning.
• Oversee quality assurance and market development.
• Manage social care resources, direct payments and ISF.
• Oversee financial assessments and charging models.
• Foster strong partnerships with Integrated Care Board, providers and voluntary sectors.
• Drive transformational programmes and sustainable commissioning improvements.
