Wintermute is a leading algorithmic trading firm in digital assets seeking an Algorithmic Trader. You will own P&L-impacting trading projects, collaborating with seasoned traders and developers across our global team. After training, expect significant independence and responsibility.

You’ll analyse large data sets, build trading strategies, and deploy solutions to improve performance. A strong Python skillset, quantitative mindset, and genuine interest in crypto trading are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong Python skills with 1–3 years of coding experience.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience, exceptional graduates welcome.
• Trading intuition and interest in algorithmic/quantitative trading and liquidity provision.
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and turn insights into practical solutions.
• Interest in crypto, blockchain and DeFi is beneficial but not required.
