ALBUM COORDINATOR IN WEYBRIDGE & LONDON £55K - £75K

On behalf of our returning private client, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Album Coordinator to support a highly respected Record Label Project (RLP).

The project aims to inspire music lovers, create new audiences, and contribute meaningfully to the global music scene. Supporting the production and release of six albums over a six-year period, working in collaboration with international artists and creative teams.

The role is based between Weybridge & central London – with the expectation that you will divide your time between the two based on schedule and priorities.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, balancing operational precision with a genuine appreciation for the arts.

You will work closely with the Album Manager to ensure all administrative, production, and logistical elements are smoothly executed.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am–6pm

General Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the Album Manager with production scheduling, budgeting, and tracking
  • Coordinating studio bookings, travel, and logistics for artists and crew
  • Liaising with finance and legal teams on contracts, payments, and invoicing
  • Maintaining accurate records of sessions, metadata, files, and physical assets
  • Communicating efficiently with external and internal stakeholders
  • Organising album assets, from artwork to production files, liaising with printers, plants, and digital platforms
  • Supporting album launches, events, and promotional activities, including on-site assistance
  • Providing administrative support: meeting minutes, reporting, task follow-up
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years' experience in project coordination or production support
  • Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of creativity and operational delivery

Salary: £55-75k gross DOE

Start date: As soon as possible

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
