Job summary

Intec Select Limited seeks an experienced Test Manager/Test Lead for a major global BlackRock Aladdin transformation in the Wealth & Asset Management sector. You will own testing delivery across UAT, Parallel Run and go-live readiness, engaging senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure milestones are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing across a global BlackRock Aladdin implementation.
• Define and execute test strategies, plans, governance frameworks and exit criteria.
• Oversee UAT, Parallel Run, defect management and go-live readiness activities.
• Work closely with BlackRock teams, senior client stakeholders and programme delivery teams.
• Drive accountability, resolve testing challenges and maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure testing aligns with business requirements, operational processes and programme milestones.
• Manage testing risks, dependencies, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead on BlackRock Aladdin implementation programmes.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Aladdin Enterprise; essential.
• Demonstrable experience leading UAT, Parallel Run and go-live readiness.
• Excellent understanding of test strategy, governance, defect management and test execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with BlackRock and senior client teams.
