Job summary

A technology consulting firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Project Manager to lead major ICT change initiatives. The role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in Project Management and Organizational Change, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. You will develop change management plans, support project teams, and design OCM training. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. Qualifications

Job description
AISB-672 Organizational Change Project Manager (OCM)
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an Enterprise Change Manager for two major ICT change projects.
  • Define governance structures and ways of working for integrating change managers into project teams.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive change management plan in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Provide expert OCM services to project teams, applying tools, templates, and methodologies to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential change-related risks and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Act as a key link between project stakeholders to embed and continuously develop the OCM framework.
  • Design and deliver OCM workshops, training sessions, and tailored change activities.
  • Establish benchmarking and reporting mechanisms to measure project success from a change management perspective.
  • Support the Implementation Project Manager in embedding and delivering the Enterprise OCM Framework on time and within budget.
  • Manage and support the workload and development of the project assistant.
  • Provide coverage for selected Project Manager activities during a temporary absence.
Required Profile
  • Minimum 4 years of post-degree experience in Project Management and/or Organizational Change Management.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working in an international and/or geographically distributed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks and transformational IT projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of enterprise or institutional change frameworks is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and delivery-oriented.
  • Fluency in English required, French is an advantage.
