Zusammenfassung

JRL Group is seeking a Level 1 Air Tester to conduct airtightness testing across residential and mixed-use developments. The role involves traveling between sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays where required; hotel accommodation is provided by the company.

Based primarily in Luton for the Castle Street Project, you will start with the Castle Street project and support other developments as needed within the JRL Group portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Level 1 Air Tightness Tester qualification and CSCS card.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle for site travel.
• Experience testing residential developments and large-scale projects.
• Understanding ATTMA and Building Regulations required.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Independently perform air permeability testing across developments.
• Set up and operate testing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare properties for testing and seal openings as needed.
• Analyse results and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Complete accurate digital testing reports within deadlines.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and project teams.
• Manage daily testing schedules across multiple sites.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment; adhere to safety procedures.
• Represent the company professionally on JRL Group sites.
