About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Airtable Support Engineer to join a high-performing tech team within a major Media & Entertainment environment. This role focuses on optimising and maintaining Airtable-based solutions that help business teams streamline workflows, visualise data, and automate reporting.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance Airtable bases, dashboards, and automations.
• Manage and resolve incidents and enhancement requests related to Airtable.
• Integrate Airtable with other software platforms.
• Build and optimise interfaces and data synchronisations across different bases.
• Troubleshoot API, automation, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years working with Airtable.
• Strong knowledge of Airtable workflows, formulas, automations, and data linking.
• Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills.
• Background in data integration, data quality, and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, and best practices for scalable Airtable setups.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Unix shell scripting or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Familiarity with SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Airtable API integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and estimation capabilities.
