Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Security Officer to start next week at Liverpool Airport. This permanent role offers day, night and weekend shifts with a £3,000 joining bonus paid in December.

Shifts pay £19.50/hour (day), £22.50/hour (night), and £25.50/hour (weekends), with 45-60 hours per week guaranteed and weekly pay every Friday. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, control access, respond to incidents, and document all activities.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to spot threats and suspicious behavior.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication for reporting.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.
• De-escalation and resolution of conflicts in tense moments.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling buildings, perimeters and access points to ensure security.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems to identify threats.
• Check identification, log entries and regulate access to restricted areas.
• Investigate alarms, respond to incidents and take appropriate action.
• Enforce security policies and resolve disturbances.
• Maintain logs and incident reports for communication to relevant personnel.
