Job summary

WHSmith Travel in Manchester Airport is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to uphold our store standards. The role requires assisting with stock replenishment, maintaining tidy displays and ensuring customers can easily find what they need.

The successful candidate will be part of a welcoming team, able to adapt to store demands and communicate well with colleagues and customers, contributing to a positive shopping

Sales Assistant - WHSmith - Manchester Airport

Salary - £12.75 Per Hour

Contract Type - Full Time

Hours Per Week - 39 Hours

Working Days - 5 days per week

Working Times - 03:30AM start time

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

Airport Requirements:

• 5 years continuous references – to gain an airport pass you will need to provide 5 years’ worth of either employment or education references without any gaps


• Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful


• Photographic ID i.e. passport or UK Driving Licence
