Job summary

The Globe is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to join our family-run UK food and beverage outlets. You will maintain kitchen hygiene, support the kitchen team, and ensure health, safety and cleanliness are upheld at the highest level. The role includes early morning or late shifts and a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist in ensuring health and safety and food safety standards are met daily.
• Keep all food preparation areas clean and follow proper cleaning protocols.
• Help control kitchen food stocks and minimise waste.
• Ensure the daily cleaning rota is followed and maintained.
