Job summary

Talent Finder is recruiting an Electrician for Manchester Airport. The role covers installations, maintenance, testing and inspections across terminals and buildings, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and high safety standards.

You will work independently or with a team, handling faults, three-phase systems and distribution boards, while delivering essential electrical services in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Current ECS Gold Card is an absolute requirement.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent inspection/testing qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations.
• Knowledge of testing and certification including EICRs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations across commercial and industrial environments, including airport terminals and buildings.
• Undertake electrical maintenance, repairs and fault-finding.
• Perform electrical testing, periodic inspections and EICRs.
• Complete inspection reports and electrical certification checked by the NICEIC Supervisor.
• Work with distribution boards, control panels and three-phase systems.
• Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients and colleagues, maintaining high workmanship and service.
• Work independently when required and as part of the wider team.
