Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Construction / Project Manager to oversee various refurbishment and fit-out projects at Stansted Airport. In this hands-on role, you will manage projects valued between £50k – £1M, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, a strong project management capability, and relevant certifications. The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000 plus additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Construction / Project Manager role.
• Proven experience managing small works, refurbishments, or fit-out projects.
• Experience working on multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects within a live airport environment.
• Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
