• UK Settled Status (If applicable).

• 5 Year Work Reference History.
• Successful completion of a basic criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning of car parks.
• Clean lifts, stairwells, walkways, and entrance/exit areas.
• Ensure all signage is clean and visible.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Support recycling initiatives.

Optime are excited to be recruiting Airport Car Park Cleaners in partnership with one of our prestigious client at Gatwick Airport. This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities. Start Date:

• January 2026

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour
• Day Shift: 06:00am to 18:00pm (12 hour shifts)
• Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF
• Weekly Pay (every Friday)
• Full training
• Temp to Perm (performance-based)

Key Duties:

• Carry out daily cleaning of car parks, including sweeping, litter picking, and bin emptying.
• Clean lifts, stairwells, walkways, payment machines, and entrance/exit areas.
• Ensure all signage and customer touchpoints are free from dirt, graffiti, or obstruction.
• Report maintenance issues (lighting, safety hazards, broken equipment) promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Support environmental and recycling initiatives within the car park.
• Provide a visible presence in the car park, assisting passengers if required.
• Adhere to all airport security and health & safety regulations.
