The role

As an Aircraft Technician, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will perform forward maintenance tasks to an exceptional standard, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and strict adherence to airworthiness protocols.

Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:

  • Perform fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance on Hawk Avionic and Electrical systems, with first signature accountability
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance activities and support flight line operations to ensure aircraft readiness
  • Uphold the company’s Dignity and Respect at Work Policy through professional conduct and collaboration
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures, maintaining compliance and promoting a safe working environment.

This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire.

Essential experience

Proven experience working on fast jet platforms or in a comparable aircraft technical role, demonstrating advanced maintenance and diagnostic capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (S&G 2675) or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
