Overview

Aircraft Technician (Disassembly) sought to support the safe disassembly of aircraft projects, document removed components, and collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Safely disassemble aircraft components as part of a team, ensuring all parts are clearly labelled and documented.
  • Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs), and Best Practice Guides to efficiently remove components.
  • Assist the Technical Leader and Head of Customer Projects with tasks as required.
  • Identify damaged components through visual inspection and report any non-conformities or risks.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of aircraft disassembly projects according to customer expectations.
  • Support daily project reviews and Team Project Boards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working order.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all tasks are performed according to established safety guidelines.
  • Support the achievement of KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure resources and support are in place for project delivery.

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary of £28,561- £34,581.55 (DOE)
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
