Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Mechanical Technician for aircraft maintenance at RAF Valley. This role entails conducting detailed mechanical maintenance across aircraft and components to ensure operational readiness.

The successful candidate will work within a skilled maintenance team, performing fault diagnosis, repairs, and servicing while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

This position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £31,574.97 and a 37.5 hour work week, including shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience within an aircraft maintenance or aviation engineering environment.
• Ability to work to approved maintenance instructions and safety-critical procedures.
• Strong fault diagnosis and practical mechanical maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete mechanical maintenance and diagnostic activities on aircraft and components.
• Undertake scheduled servicing, repairs, rectifications, and system testing.
• Analyse and diagnose mechanical faults and support effective repairs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and regulatory compliance.
