Job summary

An aviation company is seeking Aircraft Mechanic/Fitters to work at Stansted Airport starting January 2026. The role involves performing maintenance on aircraft, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines, and requires candidates to hold a recognised qualification. A full clean driving licence and the ability to obtain security clearance are also essential. Qualifications

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship or comparable experience.
• Experience in a Base Maintenance environment.
• Ability to obtain security clearance and hold an airside ID pass.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft as per standard procedures.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
• Adjust working hours as needed to fulfill operational demands.
