As an Aircraft Handler Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a vital part in upholding our commitment to delivering professional ground handling and support services for visiting aircraft. The ideal candidate will ensure that small and medium business aircraft are fully prepared to meet their operational tasks, in strict alignment with RAF and company safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Northolt, Greater London. The shift patterns are as follows:
4 days on 4 days off - Alternate earlies & lates.
Early Shift: 7:00 – 18.42
Late Shift: 10:18 – 22:00.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing personnel, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
