Overview
As an Aircraft Handler Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will play a vital part in upholding our commitment to delivering professional ground handling and support services for visiting aircraft. The ideal candidate will ensure that small and medium business aircraft are fully prepared to meet their operational tasks, in strict alignment with RAF and company safety standards, procedures, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Capable of deputising for the Shift Supervisor, overseeing all aircraft handling operations in their absence
- Responsible for managing the Aircraft Servicing Platform, including personnel movement and operational coordination
- Ensure aircraft are positioned accurately and on schedule to meet operational requirements
- This role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Northolt, Greater London. The shift patterns are as follows: 4 days on 4days off - Alternate earlies & lates. Early Shift: 7:00 - 18.42 Late Shift: 10:18 - 22:00
- Possess a full, clean UK driving licence (Category B essential; Category C desirable)
- Meets visual standards with normal colour perception graded as CP2
- Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role
