Job description

MPI are currently recruiting for Aircraft Composite Fitters for our client based in Carterton, Oxfordshire.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, comprising of 2 weeks of day shifts (08.00-17.00) and 1 week of evening shifts (16.00-02.00) on a rolling basis.

The rate for this role will be dependent on skills and experience and will be discussed on application.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Working knowledge and experience of laminating and trimming of composite materials.
• Successful completion of a recognised BTEC/ONC/ NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, or military course in Advanced composite repairs.
• Previous experience in Armed Forces or industry on composite manufacture, maintenance, or repair activities.
