About The Company

For over four decades our client has been a leading provider of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the Midlands. Their clients range from commercial offices and industrial facilities to schools and public-sector buildings.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the installation of air conditioning systems from start to finish, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Working closely with our projects department, you’ll lead by example on‑site — mentoring apprentices and junior engineers when required — and occasionally support the team as part of our out‑of‑hours rota.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 3 years in air conditioning and refrigeration installation
• Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Confident with installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Must hold a valid F-Gas qualification and UK driving licence
• Own set of hand tools required
• Familiar with smartphone/tablet-based job management systems
• DBS cleared (or able to obtain clearance)
