• Thermostatic Mixer Valves servicing (TMV).
• Report writing and completing paperwork.

Our client is an established name within the air hygiene/water hygiene industry, who are looking to recruit a hardworking Air / Water Hygiene Engineer to cover a variety of contracts, based in the London area. The ideal candidate will have previous industry experience working in air and water hygiene and will possess extensive knowledge and hands on experience in these areas. Applications will be considered from Basildon, Chelmsford, Dartford, Woking and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

• Applicants must have previous demonstrable experience working in this role within the water hygiene and air hygiene/water treatment industry.
• An industry qualification will be advantageous.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be flexible and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key role:

• Testing, inspection, ducting and remedial works of fire dampers.
• Air Handling Unit maintenances.
• Kitchen Extract Cleans.
• Ventilation Cleans Temperature monitoring.
• Bacteriological sampling.
• Cleaning and disinfection of systems including cooling towers and ductwork.
• Thermostatic Mixer Valves servicing (TMV).
• Report writing.
• Completing paperwork and logbooks.
• Liaising with clients at all levels.
