Job summary

Ebeni’s Air Traffic Management (ATM) Safety Engineer role is to contribute to a range of projects for Airports, ATC centres, and defence partners. You will lead safety activities and develop evidence for safety cases, ensuring compliance with SMS and relevant regulations.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage workshops, and engage with regulators and clients. The position is hybrid with travel to client sites, including Aberdeen, and offers opportunities to grow your safety

Qualifications

Experience in safety and risk, ideally in ATM/Aviation.
Experience applying safety/risk processes to identify hazards and reduce risk.
Ability to build strong client and colleague relationships.
Attention to detail in complex situations.
Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead safety tasks and small projects per Project Safety Plans and SMS.
Identify and create evidence to support system safety requirements traceability.
Participate in hazard identification and risk assessment workshops with customers.
Develop safety arguments and safety cases for assurance and certification.
Undertake safety analysis using regulatory requirements and tools.
Liaise with developers, certification bodies, operators and regulators on safety.
