Job description

Position: Air Source Heat Pump Engineer

Base Location: Woking, Reading, Oxford, High Wycombe/Aylesbury(and surrounding area’s)

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week

Salary: £45,000 Basic to £75,000 OTE per year

Role Overview:

Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for Air Source Heat Pump Engineers or Gas Central Heating Engineers to join our team based in Woking.

As an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer (ASHP), you will be a key part of our in‑house installation team, where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the Air Source Heat Pump Systems that we install for our clients.

This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

What will you be doing?

• Working in teams of 2, you will be involved in the Installation, Maintenance, and Repair work of Air Source Heat Pump systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Attending maintenance call‑outs for air source heat pumps.
• Servicing of ASHP systems and hot water cylinders, whilst diagnosing and resolving any issues that may arise to minimise downtime for clients.
• Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate system efficiency.
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of their renewable energy systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards and maintain accurate records of service activities and report on system performance.

What Should You Have?

• Experience installing Air Source Heat Pump Systems / Gas Installations.
• ASHP Qualification and experience of Installing and Maintaining Air Source Heat Pump systems.
• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Experience within Social Housing would be desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.

For this role it is also required that you should have a Full UK Driver’s License.
