Job summary

A renewable energy service provider is seeking an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineer in the Wiltshire area. The role involves ongoing contracts for domestic renewable heating systems, where you will carry out repairs, diagnostics, and servicing of ASHP systems. Ideal candidates will have F-Gas Certification, relevant qualifications, and experience with leading systems. This is a subcontracting position with competitive pay at £380-£390 per day.

Qualifications

  • F-Gas Category 1 Certification is essential.
  • Level 3 Award in Air Source Heat Pump Installation and Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in servicing and repairing ASHP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out fault-finding and repairs of domestic ASHP systems.
  • Diagnose performance issues efficiently.
  • Complete system checks and commissioning tasks.

Air Source Heat Pump Engineer Wiltshire

Service & Breakdown

Rate : £380-£390 per day

Location : Wiltshire and surrounding areas

Type : Subcontractor / Ongoing Contract

We’re currently looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Service & Breakdown Engineer to support ongoing domestic renewable heating contracts across the Wiltshire area. The ideal engineer will be confident diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining air source heat pump systems from leading manufacturers.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out fault‑finding, repairs, and routine servicing of domestic ASHP systems
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues efficiently and safely
  • Complete system checks, pressure tests, and commissioning tasks as required
  • Ensure all work is completed to MCS and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain clear communication with office and clients on job progress and parts requirements
  • Submit completed job reports and documentation promptly
Requirements
  • F‑Gas Category 1 Certification (essential)
  • Level 3 Award in Air Source Heat Pump Installation and Maintenance (or equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Proven experience in ASHP service and repair (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Samsung, etc.)
  • Full UK driving licence and own van / tools
  • Public Liability Insurance
