Qualifications

• 2+ years in Air Hygiene/Fire Damper industry
• Inspections, servicing, testing, and remedial works
• Knowledge of fire damper testing and air hygiene services
• Familiarity with BS 9999, RRFSO 2005, TR19, BESA, NAADUK
• Competent in reports and documentation
• Full UK driving licence, travel flexibility, overnight stays may be required

Responsibilities

• Deliver air hygiene services including ventilation cleaning and fire damper testing across client sites
• Carry out inspections, servicing, and testing in line with industry standards
• Produce accurate reports and documentation within agreed timescales
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and risk assessments
• Operate equipment, PPE, chemicals and access systems safely
• Build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support operations with flexible working hours and travel when required
