Job description

Based in Hayes, our client is a major player in the international freight forwarding industry. They are looking to employ a skilled Air Freight Import Operator, preferably with experience in perishable goods.

Duties will include:

• Updating ETAs on the system.
• Completing customs entries
• Calculating costs for daily deliveries.
• Completing Airway bills MAWB & HAWB
• Communicating with customers via email and phone regarding shipments arrivals and delivery dates.
• Arranging new shipments with overseas agents.

Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years previous experience within Air Freight Imports.

Salary is negotiable and competitive.
