An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Air Freight Project Coordinator to join a leading logistics provider specialising in global event and exhibition freight forwarding. This role would suit someone with export air freight experience who is looking to expand their knowledge into project coordination and client pricing.

You will be working as part of a busy, fast-paced team managing time-critical international shipments for high-profile events, exhibitions, and projects around the world.

Key Responsibilities Air Freight Project Coordinator:

• Coordinate air freight export shipments from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines and client requirements are met.
• Prepare and process all relevant export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs entries.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Support project teams in managing logistics for international events and exhibitions.
• Learn and assist with client quotations and pricing, helping to develop cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Monitor shipments and provide regular updates to clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in the company's logistics system (CargoWise experience highly desirable).

Candidate Requirements Air Freight Project Coordinator:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in air freight export operations, preferably within a time-sensitive or project-led environment.
• Confident in cutting air waybills and preparing export documentation.
• Experience with CargoWise and customs entries is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Keen to learn the commercial and pricing side of freight forwarding.
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
