Job summary

Gregory Martin International is seeking a Senior Operational Analyst in the UK defence sector to deliver analytical consulting across the capability lifecycle. The role involves applying soft and hard OA techniques, building models, and engaging with stakeholders to drive decision support.

Candidates should have experience with MCDA, wargaming, simulations, and reporting. Travel across the UK is expected, and current SC clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Operational Analysis to support business decision making and policy development.
• Development and use of analytical methods and models.
• Building customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting and leading authoring of technical reports and presenting to customers.
• Experience with Defence Digital, DE&S, Dstl, Frontline Commands or UK Defence industry.
