Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on a range of air conditioning systems, with some installation and commissioning work as required. You will be representing a professional and customer-focused business, delivering a high standard of workmanship and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems, including split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and AHUs.
  • Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and accurately.
  • Undertake minor installation and commissioning of new AC units when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations, health & safety requirements, and company procedures.
  • Complete accurate service reports and job documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer, specialising in service, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experience working with major manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Panasonic, etc.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent) - essential
