Main Activities

• Install, maintain and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems in both commercial and residential settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, ensuring all systems are operating efficiently and safely
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns and extend system life
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients to understand their needs and offering professional advice
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service reports and compliance documentation

Qualifications and experience

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent
• F Gas Certification is essential
• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well within a team, but also able to carry out tasks independently
• Full UK driving licence
• Fluent in English
