A leading facility management company in the UK is seeking a qualified Air Conditioning Technician. This role involves maintaining and servicing AC systems efficiently across diverse client sites. Candidates should hold relevant certifications and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, along with flexibility for additional building service tasks. The position requires a full UK driving licence and offers varied responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and service solutions across a range of client sites, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will work on all aspects of AC systems, including maintenance, servicing, and small installations, with tasks such as re‑gassing, compressor work, and pressure leak testing. As part of a wider FM remit, you will also take on additional building fabric tasks when required, making flexibility and adaptability key to success in this position.
