Role : Air Conditioning Manager (includes route to Director)

Location : Epsom, Surrey (Head Office)

Salary : £85,000 + Package

• We are currently looking for someone who can take the reigns and lead the AC & Renewables company forward. The role would be reporting directly into the Ops Director.
• You will lead complex air conditioning projects from start to finish : planning and programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, supply chain & final accounts, client variations, validations, commissioning, BMS, and full project delivery. Though AC is the core focus, ventilation and wide-ranging mechanical knowledge would be beneficial.
