Job summary

A leading HVAC recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing air conditioning company in Croydon. You will work on service, maintenance, and installation of systems mainly in commercial settings across London and occasional trips to the South Coast. Candidates must have an F-Gas qualification, and experience in AC service and installation is crucial. The role offers a salary of £40k-£45k and no call-out rota.

Service & Install

We’re supporting a growing air conditioning company based in Surrey that specialises in commercial projects and is now seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team.

In this role, you’ll work across a variety of commercial sites, carrying out service, maintenance and installation on systems including splits, multis and VRFs, with occasional chiller work. Most jobs are London-based, with some travel to the South Coast and occasional nationwide visits when required.

Package

• Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE

• 28 days holiday including bank holidays

• Monday to Friday only

• No call-out rota or standby

Requirements

• Proven experience in both AC service and installation
• F-Gas qualification (essential)
• NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (desirable, not essential)
• Comfortable working in commercial environments
• Full UK driving licence
