Job summary

Sigma Retail Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join the Mechanical & Electrical team. You will install, service, maintain and commission commercial AC and heat pump systems across live retail sites nationwide.

Reporting to the Air Conditioning Project Manager, you will work with project teams, clients and suppliers to deliver high‑quality outcomes, ensuring safety and documentation are completed to standard.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing, servicing and fault‑finding commercial AC and heat pump systems.
• Experience with Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin equipment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration pipework, brazing, testing and leak detection.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace and commission split, multi‑split, VRF/VRV and heat pump systems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and control faults.
• Complete brazing, pressure testing, evacuation and refrigerant charging.
• Commission systems per manufacturer specs.
• Produce service reports and RAMS documentation accurately.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety legislation.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients for on‑time delivery.
