Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Service and diagnose split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
• Support technical services supervisor with projects.
• Respond to Help Desk requests and complete job reports.

Air Conditioning Engineer – Leicester, Coventry & Peterborough (Mobile Role)

Join our growing team of Engineers supporting a high-profile commercial contract across the Midlands. We’re looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to help deliver top-quality building maintenance across multiple sites.

• 39-hour week: Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm, Fri 8am–3:30pm

Your Role:

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and AC systems across sites in Leicester, Coventry, and Peterborough

• Service, maintain, diagnose, and repair split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, and FCUs

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices

• Support the technical services supervisor with minor works and projects

• Respond to Help Desk requests and report to Service Managers as needed

• Accurately complete job reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• F-Gas Certification (essential)

• Proven experience in commercial air conditioning and HVAC maintenance

• Strong understanding of building services maintenance

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations

• Experience with SFG20 or similar maintenance specifications (preferred)
