Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Van (Personal Use) + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call Out (1 in 6-8)

Location: London / Home Counties / M3-M4 Corridor

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality HVAC maintenance and repair services across landmark sites — including major transport hubs, museums, and commercial properties.

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will work on a range of commercial service, maintenance and repair tasks across air conditioning systems, including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs. Experience with chillers is beneficial but not essential. You'll be part of a friendly, technically strong team that prides itself on first-time fixes and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems
  • Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
  • Occasional chiller work (training can be provided)
  • Working mobile across sites within London, the Home Counties and along the M3/M4 corridor
  • Participating in a 1 in 6-8 call out rota (minimum 4 hours paid if called out)
Requirements
  • FGAS 2079 qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments
  • Strong fault-finding skills and customer-facing professionalism
  • Able to pass a DBS check (for access to certain client sites)
