Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - £42,000 + Van + Fuel Card

Location: South West England & South Wales

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Benefits: Company van, fuel card, uniform, and paid travel time

About the Company

We are a well‑established, air‑conditioning‑focused building services company, specialising in the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems across the South West and South Wales. With a growing portfolio of blue‑chip clients, we're looking to expand our mobile engineering team.

The Role

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a range of air conditioning systems across commercial buildings.

Typical Systems
  • VRV / VRF systems
  • Split and multi‑split units
  • AHUs and FCUs

You will work independently, travelling between sites, and providing high‑quality service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed to F‑Gas standards and company quality procedures.
  • Complete site reports and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships while on site.
Requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent).
  • F‑Gas Category 1 qualification.
  • Experience working on VRV, VRF, and split systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
