Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking skilled Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineers to provide operational support to the South West/ Midlands. The role involves proactive engineering tasks, maintenance and service visits to VRF systems, CRAC units, and associated controls at on-site locations in Bristol and London.

Applicants should have knowledge of major manufacturers, refrigerant handling certifications, and hands-on experience with large tonnage chillers.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of CRAC Units, Air conditioning Splits & Cassettes, VRV/VRF systems from major manufacturers.
• Experience with maintenance & service duties on VRF systems and large tonnage chillers.
• Refrigerant handling certification or evidence of equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Proactively deliver engineering tasks including maintenance and service visits to equipment.
• Carry out service and maintenance on Splits, VRF systems, CRAC units and associated controls.
• Work in a team or alone depending on the task.
