If you take pride in solving technical challenges, providing exceptional service, and working with top‑quality clients across commercial, industrial, and public sectors — this is the role for you.

The Role
  • Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial environments.
  • From routine maintenance to emergency breakdowns, use your experience and technical knowledge to deliver effective, high‑quality solutions every time.
  • Take part in our out‑of‑hours rota, for which additional pay applies.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5 years’ proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration service work.
  • Strong knowledge of split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and ideally refrigeration or chiller systems.
  • F‑Gas certification (essential); additional refrigerant qualifications desirable.
  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
  • Ability to read, interpret, and use technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Confident using mobile and tablet‑based service apps.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own hand tools.
  • Current DBS certificate, or ability to obtain clearance.
