10. AI Specialised Customer Service Chatbot Project – Build an AI‑powered chatbot with RAG and knowledge bases.
11. Machine Learning Fundamentals – Understand ML principles, algorithms, and model evaluation with scikit‑learn.
12. Machine Learning Project – Apply ML knowledge in a hands‑on project.
13. AI & Data Ethics – Study bias, fairness, data privacy, and ethical considerations.
14. Oral Exam – Virtual oral exam to assess understanding and practical application.
15. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner – Complete the course and exam for essential cloud knowledge.
