Job summary

Cluster365.ai is seeking an ambitious AI Tech Lead/Head of Sales to drive AI adoption in businesses. The role blends hands-on engineering with architecture leadership across AI agents, LLM orchestration and production-grade AI systems. You will mentor engineers, set standards and collaborate with product to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The candidate should combine deep backend skills with strategic thinking and a preference for cross-team collaboration to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on AI agent development, LLM integration and RAG systems.
• Advanced Python and backend development skills.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, APIs and production AI systems.
• Experience designing evaluation, testing and guardrail frameworks for LLM applications.
• Strong problem-solving, systems thinking and technical communication skills.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure or serverless environments.

Cluster365 designs, builds and deploys customised AI employees for businesses. Unlike traditional chatbots, our AI employees carry out real business workflows, use company knowledge, connect with existing tools and systems, and work alongside human teams to complete operational tasks.

Our proprietary platform combines AI models, tool integrations, business knowledge and AI employee orchestration to automate processes across customer support, compliance, operations, marketing and analytics. Human oversight and approval can be built into workflows where required.

Our technology has already been used in iGaming operations, making iGaming our initial commercial entry point. From this foundation, we aim to expand into broader enterprise sectors. We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Head of Sales to grow our client portfolio and revenue.

Role Overview:

The AI Tech Lead will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for Cluster365's AI solutions, combining hands-on engineering with ownership of scalable, reliable and production-ready AI systems.

The role will lead technical decisions across AI agents, LLM orchestration, RAG and backend services, while mentoring engineers and working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver effective AI solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the technical direction and architecture of Cluster365's AI solutions.
• Define engineering standards and ensure scalable, secure and reliable AI systems.

AI Agent & LLM Development

• Lead the design and development of AI agents, LLM workflows and RAG solutions.
• Guide the use of orchestration frameworks, memory systems, retrieval pipelines and tool integrations.

Production AI Systems

• Oversee the development of Python-based backend services, APIs and AI integrations.
• Ensure performance, reliability, observability and cost efficiency.

Person Specifications:

Must-have
