Job summary

Searchandselect is seeking an experienced AI Systems Architect to lead the company’s AI and automation agenda. You will own governance, ERP integration, and the rollout of solutions across a global network, delivering high-visibility impact and clear career progression.

The role requires hands-on examples of AI solutions designed and deployed in business settings, plus a practical, results-driven approach and strong stakeholder communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or integrated business systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process improvement, and integration.
• Proven track record of turning ideas into reliable, user-friendly solutions.
• Solid knowledge of data security, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI and automation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and staff productivity.
• Design and integrate AI tools with the ERP system and other core business applications.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve access to business-critical information.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept through testing, implementation, and ongoing refinement.
• Establish clear policies and governance frameworks covering data security, responsible use, reliability, and human oversight.
• Deliver practical training, guidance, and ongoing support to colleagues at all levels.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and suppliers to identify the most suitable solutions.
• Measure the impact of improvements and share successful approaches across the global network.

Our client seeks an experienced AI Systems Architect to join their team.

You will take ownership of the company's entire AI and automation agenda: identifying process improvement opportunities, integrating AI tools with the ERP system, automating workflows, establishing governance frameworks, and rolling out successful solutions across a global network. It is a high-visibility, high-impact role with real scope for career progression.

This is not a role for a traditional IT professional, and to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate examples of AI solutions they have personally designed, implemented and deployed within a business environment, outlining the challenges addressed and the tangible outcomes achieved.
