Konrad, a global AI and digital innovation consultant, is seeking a Strategy Consultant to guide organizations through digital transformation and AI-led product development. You will work across design, technology, and business teams to shape strategy and deliver human-centered solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will travel globally as required and support advisory work, workshops, and client engagements with a senior audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, diverse backgrounds accepted.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong passion for user experiences, product innovation, and AI trends.
• Ability to structure complex problems and present clear analyses.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients and internal teams on business models, goals, and competitive pressures.
• Drive AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models for diverse clients.
• Analyze client processes and market position via research and stakeholder interviews.
• Contribute to digital transformation advisory work and AI product thinking.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to align strategy with user experiences.
• Lead workshops, architecture sessions, and project planning activities.
• Prepare high-impact presentations, RFP responses, and collateral for senior audiences.
• Stay abreast of AI and product innovation trends to strengthen deliverables.
